Expiring Enrolments

To continue receiving subsidised healthcare, patients must remain “actively” enrolled. If your enrolment is nearing expiry (usually if you haven’t visited in three years), we will send you a secure re-enrolment link via email.

Following the link in your email is the fastest way to confirm your details and ensure your subsidised funding and portal access stay active.
