Emergencies and urgent medical issues are prioritised and addressed as quickly as possible. Regardless of our workload, we will always make time to see the children enrolled with us.
We aim to accommodate patients with their preferred Doctor whenever possible. However, same-day appointments may not always be available.
Standard consultations are 15 minutes long. If you anticipate needing additional time, please let us know when booking to help minimize wait times for others. Thank you for your understanding!
All our services incur fees (a full price list is available at the practice), and we request payment on the day services are provided. A late payment fee of $10 will be applied to accounts not settled on the day, and charges may apply for missed appointments without prior notice. We strive to be fair and encourage anyone experiencing payment difficulties to speak with our team as soon as possible to maintain a positive relationship. Our goal is to assist you.
