Patient Portal Update

We are excited to introduce a new patient portal provider  ManageMyHealth™

ManageMyHealth™ is a secure comprehensive patient portal that is available via an app and website. Patients will be able to access their health information including lab results (once actioned by your Doctor), book appointments with the Doctor, request repeat prescriptions and communicate with the practice via secure messaging.

We are very excited about this new venture and we would like to use this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support.
