The recent launch of the Well patient portal at Tahunanui Medical Centre has seen an overwhelming response from our patients!

It’s not too late to register!

If you haven’t yet registered for Well you can still do so using the links below.

Once registered you will be able to access your health information, book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, and more!

1. Download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play*
2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: TAHUNA
3. Enter your details – these must match what we hold on file

While Well is best experienced on the app, it can also be accessed on your computer. Visit the following link to create an account online using the above invite code: https://tahunanuimedicalcentre.centrik.co.nz/portal

Once registered, you can use the same account to access the Well app and the online portal.
